No order is despatched until payment in full is cleared in our account
Indent or large orders may be subject to negotiation in this regard
We will advise if an item is out of stock in NZ or will not be available in a reasonable timeframe
The customer will then have the option of waiting or requesting a refund
Once an order is placed and paid for, the contents of that order is that which will be despatched. The rectification of any any error on the part of the customer in selecting an item or applicable options will be at the customer's expense.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us by completing a Return Request
For an item you wish to return for any other reason, please complete a Return Request. We are under NO obligation to accept for return any item you may no longer require, an item you may have changed your mind about after ordering, an item which you ordered incorrectly or an item which does not do what you wanted it to do, providing it performs the function for which it was designed to do. Returns in this instance will be returned at the customer's expense and any refund paid will be subject to deductions of original postage costs by us and a restocking fee of a minimum of 20%. Freight may be free to you, but we still incur transport and delivery costs associated with all orders and this needs to be recovered.
