i   Orders less than $10.00      ADD                $5.00
OR actual cost -whichever is greater                

ii  Orders  to  $50.00   (except where                        
    packed weight exceeds 500g)  ADD             $7.50

iii  Orders  to  $100.00      plus those from                  
    cat i & ii, being over 500g)        ADD             $9.75

iv  Orders to $150.00                 ADD               $12.00 

v  Orders to $300.00                 ADD               $15.00

vi  Orders to $500.00                 ADD               $20.00

If  registration is requested, please add an additional $5.00 to any category
