Payments: For direct deposits... 

Internet Banking, use your surname for reference... or 

pop into any Bendigo Branch, deposit over the counter, then attach your receipt to your new membership application form in the second tray down, black draw system on the office desk. Current members paying fees: please place a copy (suitably identified) of your receipt into the usual place in the hall.

For activity payments, the parent co-ordinator will verify your payment, record your intended attendance at the activity, then you deposit your payment in the usual place. Leaders do not handle money for their own protection.

For any cash deposit, ensure you have a parent verify the amount you are depositing

Please note: it is not the Leaders' job to collect any fees. This is the role of the Treasurer ...and just in case you missed this point .. it is not the Leaders' job to collect any fees.
