All parents are expected to contribute time to their group...download your Parent Hours Record Book (Downloads button, below). This will allow you to keep your personal record of the time you assist your group. Already behind?...lots of work to do at the hall. Don't wait to be asked, front up in your own time, bring some tools and use you own initiative. Remember, it is YOUR hall and grounds.
Parent hours are shown to enable all parents to ascertain if their contribution of time to their group is fair and equitable. You are required to give this time to your group commencing from January 1, 2007. Please note it increases whenever we conduct an activity which requires parent help. It is your responsibility to ensure you keep up with the time required... and that it is recorded in your time book. Your group is run by parents for their children...it is not run by the leaders...don't leave it up to other parents. If you can't make it to an organised activity, you can make up your time quota, at times to suit you personally, by activities such as hall maintenance, mowing, clearing, cleaning, etc.
