Items will be sent after payment has been received and cleared in our account.
Orders will be sent to the address you entered upon registration on our Online Stores.
Moving in the next month? Do not place an order until you are at your new address as Petlins will not be responsible for any redirection costs from your previous address.

Bought something and it turns out not to be what you were after? Here's what you should do....
1. Visit our website at and click the 'contact us' button
2. Click the link "an item you wish to return"  Please follow the instructions
3. WAIT for your Return Authorisation Number
4. You will need to pay the cost of getting it to us.
5. When we receive the goods, we shall inspect them to ensure they are in a resalable condition
6. At the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date on which we receive your return into our store, we shall issue a refund by the following means
6a. If paid by credit card, a manual credit voucher will be processed using the original details supplied by you.
6b. If paid through Paypal, a refund will be processed to the email address supplied on the purchase agreement.
6c. If paid by Money Order, a money order will be forwarded to the Name and Address as given on the original order to us
6d. In any circumstance where a fee or commission has not been charged for payment services we reserve the right to issue a refund by direct credit to your nominated (in writing) bank account
7. Any refund given and forwarded by any of the methods above will be reduced by the actual cost of freight paid by us to get the goods to you in the first instance. This may be higher than the charge initially levied upon you at the time of sale.
8. Any order placed by you indicates acceptance of the above terms
9. For returned orders which were supplied as per customer's order, we reserve the right to charge an administration/restocking fee of $10 or 20% of the order value (whichever is greater).
10. For any order placed by phone, you will be required to confirm the details in writing. Payment gateways (including, but not limited to Westpac, Paypal etc) require a 'hard copy' as proof of your order and your consent to charge your card or account.

Bought something and you believe it to be faulty?

1. Follow links as above
2. Mostly as above and we reserve the right to
a) Offer a replacement
b) Offer to fix it and return it to you, if parts etc are still available
c) Offer you a refund

3. Does not apply if you simply change your mind!

4. Any order placed by you indicates acceptance of the above terms

No order will be despatched until payment has been verified as received into our account in full.

Note: Petlins have NO control over how your order is handled once we deliver it to a Post Office. Some customers may receive their parcel at their door, some may receive a card to collect a parcel at a Post Office near them... some receive deliveries on Saturdays... some Post Offices are open on Saturdays....some parcels may have to be signed for and cannot be "left at the back door". Please enquire at your local Post Office if you have a delivery question.

This is stated again, here ... delivery cost is $9.95 if the order is totally processed through the online store and $15 if not...
